This policy covers the websites published by Daily Digital Spot ("we"), including winter.dailydigitalspot.com, and the internal software we use to manage our own advertising.
When you visit our pages we receive the usual technical data: IP address, browser and device type, language, the page you came from and the pages you view. Links on our pages carry a random identifier so we can tell which article or advertisement brought you here. We do not ask for your name, email address or payment details.
Our pages and our analytics provider use cookies and local storage to recognise a visit and to measure which content works. Some pages may offer browser notifications; you only receive them if you accept the browser prompt, and you can withdraw that permission at any time in your browser settings.
Some of our pages recommend products sold by other companies. If you buy through one of those links we may receive a commission from the seller, at no extra cost to you. We reach readers through advertising platforms such as Meta and Google; those platforms process data about ad delivery under their own privacy policies, and so do the sellers' websites once you leave ours.
We use an internal application to manage our own advertising accounts through the platforms' official interfaces. It does not collect data from visitors to our pages or from social media users, and it has no public login.
Visit and click records are kept by our analytics provider for up to 180 days and then deleted automatically.
You can block cookies in your browser, revoke notification permission in your browser settings, and opt out of personalised advertising in your advertising platform's settings.
